Waiver, Terms & Conditions for Family Constellations Participation

Family Constellations is an experiential, somatic, and relational process that can evoke strong emotions, physical sensations, and personal insights. While many participants find the work meaningful and transformative, it can feel intense at times. By choosing to participate, I acknowledge that I am responsible for monitoring my own wellbeing throughout the session and for communicating any discomfort or need for support.

I understand that Family Constellations is not a form of medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, nor is it a substitute for professional care. It is a personal development practice intended for self‑exploration. I take full responsibility for my physical, emotional, and mental participation.

I agree to inform the facilitator of any relevant medical or health conditions—including but not limited to heart conditions, epilepsy or seizure disorders, pregnancy, mobility limitations, or any condition that may affect my ability to safely participate. I understand that choosing not to disclose such information may increase personal risk, and I accept full responsibility for that choice.

By attending, I release the practitioner, venue, assistants, and organizers from any liability for injuries, emotional distress, or other outcomes that may arise from my participation. I understand that I may step out, pause, or decline involvement at any time if I feel the need.

Tickets are non‑refundable. I recognize that life can be unpredictable, and if illness or a genuine emergency prevents me from attending, credit toward a future event may be offered at the organizer’s discretion.
